1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are available.
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the application process.
• Have a valid government-issued identification document.
• Hold an active bank card or bank account in your name.

2. Loan Application Process

Submitting a loan application does not guarantee approval. All applications are subject to our automated credit assessment. We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion. The approved loan amount may differ from the requested amount based on our risk evaluation.

3. Loan Terms and Conditions

• Interest Rate: The standard interest rate is 0.8% per day on the outstanding principal balance. First-time borrowers may qualify for a promotional 0% interest rate under specific conditions.
• Loan Amount: Varies by jurisdiction, subject to minimum and maximum limits displayed in our loan calculator.
• Loan Term: Between 7 and 180 days, depending on the product and jurisdiction.
• Disbursement: Approved funds are transferred to your designated bank card or account. Transfer times may vary depending on your bank.

4. Repayment

You agree to repay the full loan amount plus accrued interest by the repayment date specified in your loan agreement. Repayment options include:

• Direct bank card payment through our website.
• Bank transfer to our designated account.

Early repayment is permitted at any time without penalty. Interest is calculated only for the actual days of use.

5. Late Payment

If you fail to repay on the due date:

• A late fee may be applied in accordance with applicable local regulations.
• We may report the delinquency to credit bureaus.
• We reserve the right to engage third-party collection agencies.
• We encourage you to contact our support team before the due date to arrange an extension.

6. Identity Verification

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we may require:

• A photograph of your government-issued identification document.
• A video selfie for liveness verification.

This data is used exclusively for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes and is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information in all communications with us.
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your personal or financial information.
• Not use our services for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
• Not attempt to circumvent our security measures or interfere with our systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of MoneyTrixBridge LLC or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MoneyTrixBridge LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in New York County.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
